The Manitoba moose have played many great seasons with the AHL at the MTS center in Winnipeg Manitoba. announced today the Manitoba moose will be sent to st johns new found land and will take on the name the maple leafs. In Winnipeg night after night the team was supported with anywhere from 11 000 fans to even a sold out stadium and I hope that this happens every game with the maple leafs also. Good luck Moose

In sports i think that there are way to many cheap hits. i think that there should be stricter rules against hits and checks. sometimes it's fun to see a fight in hockey but really if it is one of your favorite players fighting then it could turn bad for them. this could make them have to go to the doctor. well what i am trying to get at is that the refs and the leagues should start cracking down on cheap hits and make harsher punishments, because there not gonna learn any other way.
